Love spending time outdoors? Looking for something family friendly and fun? You are invited to experience cutting your own fresh, seasonal, chemical free, bee friendly flowers at the Homestead!

Come along for a 1.5 hour session to fill your bucket or vase with any flower or foliage on the farm. We have over 3000 Dahlia and Chrysanthemum plants but are also trialing other cut flower varieties you are welcome to pick.

HOW IT WORKS:
Harvest Homestead farm and flowers is open to the public only during summer and autumn on designated flower picking days by booking on-line or private appointment.​
Choose between a 9L bucket or 1.7L glass vase (which can be used as a drinks pitcher later...bonus!) to fill with gorgeous blooms to your hearts content and take home.
A bucket can usually make 2 large bouquets.

Feel free to arrange your flowers at one of the garden tables in the courtyard or pergola. Help yourself to greens in the "Foliage Forage" garden. We are happy to provide wrapping and some instruction in arranging.​
Visit includes access to our 3 acre Homestead family property. Be free to visit the animals (Babydoll sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs and Sandy our friendly golden retriever), stroll through our fully enclosed orchard and permaculture vegetable gardens, relax down by Ferny Creek, wander through our foliage forage garden...

Respectful children are welcome but are to be supervised at all times. Please no chasing animals or walking on flower beds!

This is our family hobby farm, not a manicured park with employees. The ground is uneven and there are plenty of weeds, but we work hard to be able to share its beauty with others.

Contact us directly (sales@harvesthomestead.com.au) if you would like us to host small flower bouquet making gatherings. This includes meeting the animals, touring the orchard, flower picking and bouquet making. Feel free to bring your own food. Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers etc. $50 per person.
For DIY event planners, brides, group sessions, florists or other bulk orders, please consider purchasing a VIP (Very Important Picker) Plan. This is the pre-purchase of 4 buckets at a discounted cost of $50 per bucket. VIP bookings are also made on-line and can be redeemed throughout the season (usually end of April).
All 4 buckets can be used in one session upon request.
